Microsoft paid 400 million for the acquisition of Xamarin

There is no official information about the amount of purchase, but, according to Bloomberg, Xamarin could cost Microsoft $ 400 million. Negotiations between companies began last year, almost two years later the first attempt by Microsoft to acquire Xamarin.
