The State Duma has adopted a bill on tightening the rules for the sale of SIM cards

On Tuesday, in the first reading, deputies of the State Duma voted for a new bill that tightens the rules for the sale of SIM cards. According to the bill, amendments are made to the law “On Communications”, according to which it is not all entitled to sell mobile cards and provide communication services.
