Somehow, the prosecutor’s office, all departments of the traffic police, eventually found dozens and even hundreds of cases of fraud with technical passports.

If something else is written there, for example, the same traffic police, then there is a slight probability that the car is not the races of customs.

This is the most minimum for accurate evidence.

So if you do not want to get into such a “not cheap” situation, you need to ask the seller a customs receipt or a freight declaration before buying.

There is only one not pleasant nuance, you have to pay a lot, to be precise, you will have to consider it yourself.

If everything will be fine, then you will only need to pay the customs (officially) and after receiving a new technical passport, from that moment you can use your TS.

Then the numbers will be removed from you and impose a ban on the operation of this vehicle.

As I said above without this mandatory moment, your iron friend from behind the border will become simple real estate.

Let’s try to figure out how to customize the car correctly to avoid unforeseen troubles.

And so, if you want a new foreign car, then the customs clearance of a car in Russia is the most important point, otherwise you simply cannot operate a car and it will turn into a “real estate”.
